missingWrote a review on Dec 18spacious layoutwell-stocked kitchenetteuncomfortable sleeping
The room features a spacious layout, perfect for a family's needs. The availability of a well-stocked kitchenette adds convenience for snacks and late-night cravings.
The air conditioning struggled to keep things cool, leading to uncomfortable nights. Distance from main attractions made accessing the local scene a bit of a trek, and the cleanliness left something to be desired, with sand still lingering on the floor despite housekeeping efforts. Also, the mattress felt excessively firm, which might not be ideal for those seeking comfort. The overall experience didn't quite match up to the price tag.

Perfect location across the street from the beach and nice pool area. Room cleanliness could be improved. found a cockroach in our bed. Staff was accommodating but service at the restaurant was slow.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious Queen Suite and loved grabbing breakfast at the restaurant where the waitress was super helpful. The pool area was a great relaxing spot and we also appreciated the beach access nearby. The only downside was that the room wasn’t as pristine as we expected, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 🌊

The beachfront location is fantastic, providing easy access to one of the best beaches in the area. Enjoying fresh seasonal fruits at breakfast was a lovely touch, and the poolside service was exceptional with drinks delivered right to our chairs. However, the room’s limited closet space and a somewhat odd layout with minimal drawers were inconvenient.

My wife says that the room cleanliness was a letdown.

missingWrote a review on Jul 17beach accessspacious roomkitchenette convenienceinconsistent housekeeping
The beach house offers direct access to Smathers Beach, providing a nice atmosphere for relaxation. The spacious King Room includes a kitchenette, making it convenient for quick meals. The layout enables easy access to outdoor areas, which adds a pleasant touch to the overall experience.
However, the property shows signs of wear and needs updating in various areas. During our stay, the housekeeping was inconsistent. I noticed dirt and sand on the floors that weren't properly cleaned, with a trash can that was way too small for our needs. Additionally, the AC unit didn’t function well enough for comfortable sleeping temperatures, and we had to seek out additional towels multiple times. The shuttle service, while a nice amenity, was limited and not always accommodating—several times we were left waiting.
