I noticed dirt and sand on the floors that weren't properly cleaned, with a trash can that was way too small for our needs. Additionally, the AC unit didn’t function well enough for comfortable sleeping temperatures, and we had to seek out additional towels multiple times. The shuttle service, while a nice amenity, was limited and not always accommodating—several times we were left waiting.
